How do I get a login and password?
Click “Create an Account” located at the top right corner of the website to get started. Fill in your name, email and a password. Then click “Create” and you’re ready to start shopping!

How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an automatic email order confirmation within moments of submitting your order. If you do not see it after a few minutes, you may want to check your junk folder.

Orders placed using a Promo Allowance, will only be confirmed once the order has been approved.

*It is always important to review order confirmations to ensure accuracy. Any changes must be requested within 24 hours by calling 1-855-858-4438 or emailing info@eastgenshoppe.ca

Is there a minimum quantity that must be ordered?
No. Orders can be as small as just one item.

How long will it take to ship out my order?
Your order will be shipped out within 7-10 business days when shipping via courier. Please note that "Pickup at Head Office" orders are consolidated and only ship on the the last day of the month. Some items are only restocked/ordered quarterly. Please pay attention to each item description for additional details on production time.

What if my order is urgent?
Please let us know if your order is urgent or is required for a specific date - we will do our best to accommodate it. Submit your request when placing your order, or email us at info@eastgenshoppe.ca with the details including the order number.

What is your Return Policy?
Returns will only be accepted for defective items or orders delivered incorrectly. Please use the size charts provided for clothing, to ensure garments fit accordingly. Email us at info@eastgenshoppe.ca for details on how to complete your return.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Gift Card, Corporate Wear Allowance, Promo Allowance (for select users), Invoice (for select users).

Does EastGen Shoppe have a physical retail store?
No.

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box #?
Yes, if you specify a PO Box # as your address, your order will be shipped by Canada Post.
